  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Filling In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, diced onions, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
  2. Step 2: Cook the Beef Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook and crumble the beef until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Season the Mixture Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Step 4: Mix Cheese with Beef Transfer the beef mixture to a bowl, and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese once slightly cooled.
