9 DeLallo Crostino Antipasto Toasts
1 12oz jar DeLallo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, well drained and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely grated Pecorino cheese
1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons minced shallots (about 1 large)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the toasts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheeses, shallots, parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the mixture onto each toast, spreading evenly.
Top each with a Pepperdrop.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the filling is warm and bubbling. Optionally, broil for a minute to get a bubbly topping.
Cool slightly before serving. Assemble up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerate; bake just before serving.
