Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. 🍞🕰️
2️⃣ Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a 14×9 inch rectangle. 📏
3️⃣ Add Filling: Spread BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a small border. Top with chicken, cheese, and red onion. 🍖🍗🧀🧅
4️⃣ Roll and Cut: Roll the dough tightly from the long end. Cut into 12 equal pieces. 🔪
5️⃣ Let Rise: Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes. 🕰️
