2 medium heads of Cauliflower
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 420°F (210°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the green leaves and white stalk from the cauliflower. Cut into ¾-inch thick slices and arrange on the baking sheet.
Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with this mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes, then top with mozzarella and bake for another 5-10 minutes until cheese melts and cauliflower is tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
