  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese and/or pepper jack cheese, grated (2 cups)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350ºF to ensure it’s ready for baking once the dip mixture is prepared.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained corn, diced green chilies, sour cream, softened cream cheese, 1.5 cups of grated cheese (reserving ½ cup for topping later), black pepper, and garlic salt. Stir all the ingredients until they are well mixed.
