Ingredients
6 hoagie rolls
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons McCormick’s Montreal Steak Spice
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ¼ cup cream of mushroom soup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1–2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until beef is browned (7-10 minutes).
Sprinkle in Montreal Steak Spice.
Add chopped bell pepper and minced garlic; cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in grated cheddar cheese.
