Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) 🧈
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 🥜
3/4 cup brown sugar 🍯
1/4 cup white granulated sugar 🍚
1 egg 🥚
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 🍦
1 1/3 cups unbleached flour 🌾

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🔥
2️⃣ Soften butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Microwave an additional 5 seconds if needed. 🧈
3️⃣ Add peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar to the softened butter. Mix well until smooth. 🍯🥜
