1/2 cup jarred salsa (I use chipotle salsa) ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
6 oz cream cheese ๐Ÿง€
2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded ๐Ÿง€
24 6-inch corn tortillas ๐ŸŒฝ
1/2 cup oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ


Instructions

1๏ธโƒฃ In a slow cooker, add the chicken, taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. โณ

2๏ธโƒฃ Shred the chicken with two forks, then add shredded pepper jack cheese. ๐Ÿง€

3๏ธโƒฃ Heat a skillet with oil on medium-high heat. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

4๏ธโƒฃ Warm a few tortillas at a time in the microwave for 20 seconds to prevent splitting. ๐ŸŒฎ
