8 oz (225g) rotini pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced 🐔
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1 cup cucumber, diced 🥒
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 cup Caesar dressing
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped 🥬
¼ cup croutons


Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. 🍝💧
