12 ounces spaghetti
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Stir in flour and gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Add cooked chicken, parmesan cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Stir to combine.
Mix the cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
