Ingredients:

🍗 300 grams of boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
🌶️ 1 teaspoon of paprika
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
🌿 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
🌿 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🥗 1 cup of shredded lettuce
🍅 1 medium tomato, diced
🧅 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
🌯 2-3 large flour tortillas
🍯 2 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing (or dressing of your choice)
🌶️🌿 Red chilli flakes, to taste
🍋 Lemon juice, to taste
🥛 Yogurt, for serving
🥪 Mayonnaise, for serving

Instructions:

In a bowl, marinate the chicken slices with minced garlic, paprika, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and cook the marinated chicken slices until they are cooked through and slightly browned. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, prepare the salad mixture. Combine shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and cucumber slices. Toss them together.
