Ingredients
For the Greek yogurt sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt š„£
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest š
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice š

For the burgers:
1 lb. ground chicken š
1 medium zucchini, coarsely chopped š„
1 ear fresh corn, husks and silk removed and kernels cut from cob š½

1 large egg, lightly beaten š„
Ā½ cup panko bread crumbs š
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro šæ

For the Tomato-Cucumber Relish:
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered š

medium seedless English cucumber, finely diced š„
2 green onions, finely sliced š§
Ā¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro šæ
1 clove garlic, minced š§
Zest of 1 lemon š
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice š

Instructions
1ļøā£ Make Greek yogurt sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and place in the fridge. š„£āļø
2ļøā£ Preheat oven: Set oven to 425Ā°F (220Ā°C). š„
3ļøā£ Prepare burger mixture: In a large bowl, combine all burger ingredients except oil. Mix with your hands and form into desired patty sizes. š„£š©āš³
4ļøā£ Sear burgers: Pour enough oil to cover the bottom of a large frying pan. Heat over medium heat until hot, then sear burgers for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. š³ā³
