Description

This Chili Lime Mango Sorbet is the perfect blend of tropical sweetness with a tangy kick from fresh lime and a subtle spicy edge from chili lime seasoning. The combination of smooth frozen mango and rich coconut milk creates a creamy yet refreshing texture, making this sorbet a delightful summer treat. It’s naturally sweetened with maple syrup, making it a healthier alternative to traditional sugary desserts.


Ingredients

Scale

3 cups frozen mango
1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
Juice and zest of one large lime
2 tbsp maple syrup
12 tsp chili lime seasoning


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth. If your blender has a tamper, use it to help blend all the frozen fruit evenly.
If using a food processor, scrape down the sides as needed while processing until smooth.
Pour the sorbet into a loaf pan, top with coconut flakes, and add extra chili lime seasoning if desired.
Cover the pan with foil and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Enjoy when ready!
