1 1/2 lb Shrimp, raw

1 Avocado, large
1 handful Cilantro, fresh leaves
2 cloves Garlic, fresh
2 Limes, fresh
1 Red chili
8 Romaine or butter lettuce, leaves
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp Avocado oil
1 Black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Nuts & Seeds
2 tsp Cumin, ground


Instructions

Peel and devein the shrimp if needed.
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with avocado oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, minced garlic, lime zest, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
Meanwhile, prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and patting them dry.
Slice the avocado and chop the cilantro.
Assemble the wraps by placing a spoonful of shrimp onto each lettuce leaf. Top with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, and thinly sliced red chili.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
