54 Saltine Crackers (about 1 ½ sleeves)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter
12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
6 oz White Chocolate Chips
2 cups Strawberries, chopped and patted dry


Instructions

Prep Oven and Pan: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with foil and arrange saltines in a single layer; set aside.
Make Toffee: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with brown sugar. Bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Bake Toffee Crackers: Quickly pour the toffee mixture over the saltines, spreading evenly. Bake for 7 minutes.
Add Chocolate: Remove from the oven, sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the toffee. Allow to melt slightly, then spread evenly with an offset spatula.
Decorate with White Chocolate: Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the semi-sweet chocolate. Allow to melt slightly, then swirl into the semi-sweet chocolate layer using a toothpick.
Add Strawberries: Pat strawberry pieces dry again, sprinkle over the chocolate. Press gently to adhere.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour. Break into pieces and serve.
