Ingredients
1 ½ cups non-dairy milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 dates, pitted
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1–2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a small pot, add the non-dairy milk, cacao powder, pitted dates, cinnamon (either ground or sticks), and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Simmer: Bring the mixture to a low boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Blend: Remove the cinnamon stick(s) if used. Carefully transfer the hot mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring the lid is securely on to prevent steam from escaping.
Serve: Pour the latte into a mug and enjoy it warm, over ice, or even over a shot of coffee for an extra kick.
