1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Β½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
Chocolate frosting of your choice

Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). π₯
2οΈβ£ Grease a 13×9 inch pan with butter. π§
3οΈβ£ In the greased pan, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. π₯
4οΈβ£ Whisk lightly with a fork or small whisk to combine. π΄
5οΈβ£ Make two small wells on the sides and one large well in the middle of the dry ingredients. π³οΈ
6οΈβ£ Pour the vinegar and vanilla into the small wells, then pour the oil in the big well. If they spill over, that’s perfectly okay. π₯
7οΈβ£ Pour the water over the top and whisk again to combine thoroughly. π§
8οΈβ£ Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. β³
9οΈβ£ Cool completely. βοΈ
