2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
12 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet or baking sheet with a silicone baking mat, non-stick foil, or parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened coconut, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until fully mixed. Add in the chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.
Form Macaroons: Using a tablespoon-sized cookie scooper, scoop out the mixture and roll it into tight balls with your hands. Squeeze the mixture firmly to ensure the balls hold together. Place each ball onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them slightly apart as they will spread a bit during baking.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning as baking times can vary depending on your oven.
