Ingredients
½ cup / 75g Hazelnuts
1 can full-fat Coconut Milk, 15oz / 400 ml
2 tbsp Cacao / Cocoa powder
½ cup / 85g Dates, pitted
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch of Salt
Instructions
Soak the hazelnuts in water overnight, or for at least an hour.
Place all ingredients into a blender, except for any toppings.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring the dates and hazelnuts are fully incorporated.
Pour the mousse into serving dishes or ramekins.
Chill for a few hours or overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle with your choice of toppings such as grated chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, or fresh berries.
