Description

Indulging in Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bark is an experience that combines the richness of chocolate with the freshness of strawberries, all set in a creamy yogurt base. This dessert not only captivates with its contrasting flavors but also with its appealing aesthetics, where the deep hues of cocoa and the vibrant red of strawberries create a visual masterpiece.

Ingredients

Scale

32 oz. 5% plain Greek yogurt (~4 cups)
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1.25 cup chocolate granola, separated
67 medium strawberries, sliced
⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until the cocoa is fully blended into the mixture. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate granola.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it to about ¼-inch thickness. Scatter the sliced strawberries and the remaining ¼ cup granola over the yogurt, pressing them lightly into the mixture.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second increments, stirring every 20 seconds, until they are melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the yogurt mixture. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is fully frozen.
Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and transfer them to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage.
