  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup apple juices (from your sliced apples)
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Raw sugar for sprinkling
