This dish combines freshly cooked lobster tossed in a light, flavorful mix of melted butter, chives, and lemon juice, nestled in a soft, toasted bun. Ingredients
3 Cups Chopped Cooked Lobster (7–8 4oz tails)
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Chives
1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Soft Hotdog Style Buns (preferably Hawaiian hotdog buns)
Instructions
Prepare lobster meat using your preferred method.
Chop lobster meat into bite-sized chunks. Toss with melted butter, chives, dill, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Brush melted butter on the inside of the bread rolls and heat in the oven at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes to warm.
Spoon the warm lobster mixture into rolls. Sprinkle with extra chives. Serve warm.
