1 crust from a package (12 oz) of frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts (2 Count)
1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
4 eggs
12 oz frozen cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, tail shells removed, thawed and well drained
1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (2 oz)


Instructions

Place a cookie sheet on the oven rack and preheat the oven to 375°F. Thaw 1 pie crust for 10 to 20 minutes. Prick the bottom and sides thoroughly with a fork. Bake on the cookie sheet for 9 to 11 minutes or until very light golden brown.
While the crust bakes, in a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese spread with a whisk or electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in the shrimp and cheese. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust.
Continue to bake on the cookie sheet for 30 to 35 minutes or until the center is set. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
