1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml Canada, 14 oz US)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups dried coconut, fine or medium cut
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Additional graham crumbs for rolling the cookie balls


Instructions

Melt the butter and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
Add the graham crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix well to combine.
Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour before rolling it into 1 1/4 inch balls.
