1 pound cod π

Instructions
1οΈβ£ Heat the olive oil and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cod, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until lightly golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Then, set the cod aside. ππ§
2οΈβ£ Add the cherry tomatoes to the butter and oil in the pan and cook until blistered, about 3-5 minutes. π π₯
3οΈβ£ Reduce the heat to medium. Add the garlic, the whites of the green onions, and the red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about a minute. π§πΆοΈ
4οΈβ£ Add the chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of butter, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. πππ§π§
