2 teaspoons instant coffee granules ☕
2 tablespoons hot water 💧
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
3 tablespoons powdered sugar 🍚
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
1 ½ cups whipped cream 🥄
Instructions
1️⃣ Dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water and let it cool. ☕
2️⃣ In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken. 🥄
3️⃣ Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and continue to whip until soft peaks form. 🍚
4️⃣ Fold in the cooled coffee mixture. 🍦
5️⃣ Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined. 🥛
6️⃣ Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. ❄️
