4 3/4 cup bread flour, spooned and leveled off
1 teaspoon yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for dough)
3/4 cup warm water (105 degrees F)
1 cup warm milk (105 degrees F)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 tsp salt (for topping)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Combine bread flour, yeast, salt, sugar, 6 tablespoons melted butter, warm water, and warm milk in a stand mixer with a hook attachment. Mix on low, then high, until dough is smooth and elastic.
Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled.
Roll out the dough to 18 x 13 inches, make slits to form 20 breadsticks, cover, and let rise for another 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 470°F. Combine 4 tablespoons melted butter with onion powder, oregano, garlic powder, basil, and 1/2 tsp salt for the topping.
Brush dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Apply herbed butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Slice and serve warm with marinara sauce.
