- Step 2: Mixing the Cream Filling After the reduction of the milk, add butter and starch to the poppy seeds. Stir the mixture well until it achieves a consistent thickness and smooth texture.
- Step 3: Preparing the Cottage Cheese Mixture Pass the cottage cheese through a fine sieve into a large mixing bowl to ensure a smooth base. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and flour to the sieved cottage cheese and stir until you achieve a homogeneous and creamy texture.
