- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

- 1 tablespoon dill pickle, finely chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Crab and Shrimp Fritters: In a large bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, panko, mayonnaise, egg, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix gently but thoroughly, then season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 8-10 fritters and refrigerate for 30 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prepare the Tartar Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dill pickle, Dijon mustard, and if using, fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
- Cook the Crab and Shrimp Fritters: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge each fritter in flour, tapping off excess, and fry in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Avoid overcrowding. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve: Present the fritters hot with tartar sauce and optional lemon wedges. Perfect with a side of a fresh green salad or grilled vegetables.
