Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (6 oz) can crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: additional parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir these ingredients until they are well blended. Carefully fold in the crab meat, ensuring it is evenly distributed through the mixture without breaking down the flakes too much.
  3. Assemble the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab and cheese mixture onto the wider end of each triangle. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the narrow point, and place on the prepared baking sheet with the point side down.
  4. Bake the Rolls: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and puffy. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
  5. Serve: Remove the crescent puffs from the oven and let them cool slightly. They are best served warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
