Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated, divided
1 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded, divided
2–6 oz cans white crab meat, drained
2 tbsp fresh chives
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth, using a hand-held mixer or a whisk.
Add ¾ cup of mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, crab meat, garlic powder, and chives. Gently mix together using a spatula until well incorporated.
Place the mixture into a small baking dish, such as a pie dish, and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheeses are melted and slightly brown.
Serve with fresh chives on top.
