- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 150 g (5.3 oz) Brie cheese
- 6 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Prepare the Pastry: Unroll the puff pastry, brush with whisked egg, and cut into small rectangles.
- Layer the Pastry Rectangles: Stack rectangles to create double layers, making 20 doubled-up pieces.
- Bake the Pastry: Bake doubled-up rectangles for 10 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Add the Brie: Slice Brie into small pieces, place on pastries, and return to the oven to melt.
- Garnish and Serve: Top each bite with cranberry sauce and fresh thyme leaves. Serve warm for the best flavor.
