  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 150 g (5.3 oz) Brie cheese
  • 6 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Prepare the Pastry: Unroll the puff pastry, brush with whisked egg, and cut into small rectangles.
  3. Layer the Pastry Rectangles: Stack rectangles to create double layers, making 20 doubled-up pieces.
  4. Bake the Pastry: Bake doubled-up rectangles for 10 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Add the Brie: Slice Brie into small pieces, place on pastries, and return to the oven to melt.
