  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Zest from half an orange
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Optional: handful of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the oven reaches the right temperature for baking the brie to a perfect texture.
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish Line a baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and allow for an easy clean-up. Place the wheel of brie in the center of the dish.
