1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz whipped topping
1/4 cup chocolate syrup


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium saucepan, bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and reduce heat to low. Cook and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Spread into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, and pudding mix until smooth. Spread over puff pastry.
Top with whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate until serving.
