Ingredients
4 cups chicken stock
1 chicken bouillon cube
16 ounces egg noodles
10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 stick (½ cup) salted butter
Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pot or deep skillet with a lid, add the chicken stock and bouillon cube and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, add the egg noodles and stir. Allow the mixture to return to a boil.
Stir in the cream of chicken soup, bring back to a boil, and continue boiling for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in the butter, and cover with a lid. Let sit until the butter has melted.
Stir once more, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
