1 pound cheese tortellini
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese 🧀
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish) 🌿


Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 🍝

2️⃣ In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 🧈

3️⃣ Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan and Romano cheeses until fully melted and the sauce is smooth. 🥄
