10 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 lb seasoned cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked al dente
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine both soups, sour cream, butter, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix in peas, chicken, and spaghetti until well coated.
Transfer to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
