Ingredients
1 ½ cups heavy cream, cold 🥛
1 ½ cups mangoes, pureed 🥭
⅓ cup powdered sugar 🍚
3 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding 🍮
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Mango Puree: Blend the mangoes in a food processor or mixer until the puree is creamy and smooth. Scoop out ½ cup of the mango puree and set it aside for the topping. 🍧
2️⃣ Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, add the cold heavy cream, vanilla instant pudding, and powdered sugar. Mix with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form. ❄️
3️⃣ Combine with Mango Puree: Add the mango puree to the whipped cream mixture and fold with a spatula until well combined. 🍹
4️⃣ Pipe the Mousse: Transfer the mousse to a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe the mousse into 5 glass cups. Cover each cup with plastic wrap and store in the fridge to set for at least 5 hours. 🥄
5️⃣ Serve: Serve with fresh fruit on top of freshly whipped cream and enjoy! 🍓🍒
