Description

Escape to a tropical paradise with this simple yet utterly delicious Creamy Mango Sago dessert. Combining the lush sweetness of mangoes with the rich, creamy texture of coconut milk and the fun pop of tapioca pearls, this dessert is not just a treat for your palate but also a visual delight for your next gathering or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Mini Tapioca Pearls
6 cups Water
2 Fresh Australian Mangoes (or 3 Regular Mangoes)
½ cup Condensed Milk
1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

Instructions

In a pot, add 1 cup of tapioca pearls and 6 cups of water. Turn the heat to medium-low and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
After 10 minutes, cover the pot with a lid, turn off the heat, and let the pearls sit for 3 minutes.
Drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them under cold water. If you’re serving right away, set the pearls aside. If not, keep them in cold water until ready to serve.
Cut the fresh mangoes into cubes. Add half of the mango cubes into a blender.
Pour in the condensed milk and coconut milk into the blender and blend until smooth.
Gently fold the drained tapioca pearls into the mango mixture. Serve with the remaining fresh mango cubes on top.
