  • 3 cups baby spinach

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
  • 1 cup light cream or half and half
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preparing the Pasta Preheat the oven to 375F. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain well and set aside.
