Ingredients
4–5 Persian cucumbers, cut into rounds
7–8 mini sweet bell peppers, sliced into rings
2 large carrots, cut/peeled into ribbons or small pieces
1 medium shallot, thinly sliced
¼ cup Asian miso ginger dressing (any brand)
1 tablespoon chili crunch oil
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Add all the chopped veggies to a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
Add the chili oil and bagel seasoning, toss again to distribute evenly.
Optionally, top with additional bagel seasoning. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour before serving to enhance flavors.
