4 ounces goat cheese
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (optional)
1 egg
⅓ cup flour
Instructions
Slice a 4-ounce log of goat cheese into 6 disks.
Combine the panko bread crumbs with 1 teaspoon of Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
