300 gr mushrooms
½ cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and remove their stems.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat the seasoned mushrooms in flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured mushrooms into beaten eggs.
Mix the breadcrumbs with oregano and thyme, then roll the egg-coated mushrooms in the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the mushrooms until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
