Ingredients
6 Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
6 ounces Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Butter, melted
3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute (plus additional for dusting)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and Swerve. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
