The high heat of the oven brings out the natural sweetness and crisp texture of the broccolini, ensuring each bite is as satisfying as it is healthy. Whether you’re looking to impress guests or just add a quick and nutritious side to your meal, this recipe promises to deliver both flavor and flair with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale

1 bunch / 170 g broccolini, rough ends trimmed off
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Coarse flake sea salt or fleur de sel, for finishing

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, then brush with oil or spray with cooking spray.
Trim off any rough ends of broccolini, leaving any leaves still attached.
In a large bowl or directly on the baking sheet, toss the broccolini with olive oil and soy sauce until evenly coated.
Spread the broccolini in a single layer on the baking sheet. Ensure they are not overcrowded to allow for even crisping.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the broccolini is tender and the tips are golden brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and serve while still warm, sprinkled with coarse sea salt to taste.
