Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, sliced in half
6 Tablespoons Butter, divided
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan, plus additional for pasta
1/4 cup Flour
8 ounces Pasta of choice (e.g., thin spaghetti)
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a shallow dish, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter. In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and flour.
Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat in the bread crumb mixture. Place in the skillet and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
