Ingredients
1½ pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 large scoop of minced garlic
Steak seasoning, to taste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups diced potatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1½ – 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
½ cup sour cream
Instructions
Cook and Season the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef; drain excess fat. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Season with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
Prepare the Potatoes: Partially cook the diced potatoes by boiling for a few minutes or microwaving until slightly tender.
Prepare the Crockpot: Transfer beef and vegetables to the crockpot.
Add Remaining Ingredients: Add potatoes, cheddar cheese soup, provolone cheese, and sour cream to the crockpot.
