Description

These Crunchy Nut & Seed Rounds are a delightful blend of nuts and seeds, lightly sweetened with maple syrup and baked to perfection. The combination of almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and chia seeds creates a satisfying crunch, making them the perfect healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale

50g flaked almonds
80g pumpkin seeds
35g sesame seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt
2.5 tbsp maple syrup


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or 350°F.
In a bowl, combine the flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the maple syrup until all the ingredients are well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a round cookie cutter, place some of the mixture inside and press down to form flat discs. Alternatively, you can simply spoon portions of the mixture directly onto the lined baking sheet to create clusters.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the rounds are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the rounds to cool completely on the baking sheet. They will firm up as they cool; be careful not to move them while they are still warm, as they may break apart.
Once fully cooled and firm, enjoy your crunchy nut and seed rounds!
