Ingredients
– 1 package of brownie mix
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup caramel sauce
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
2. While the brownie base is baking, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream.
