4 eggs
140 gr sugar
135 gr dark chocolate (55 to 70% cocoa, according to your taste)
120 gr unsalted butter
45 gr flour
1 pinch salt (optional)


Instructions

Prepare Batter: Melt chocolate chunks and cubed butter gently using a double boiler or in the microwave. In a separate bowl, vigorously combine sugar and eggs until smooth and pale in color. Gradually mix the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture, continuously stirring. Add flour and a pinch of salt; combine thoroughly.
Rest: Pour the batter into buttered ramekins or a muffin pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center remains molten. Adjust the baking time based on your oven’s characteristics.
